Yes, football is LIFE!

Workout:
None.

Don't really have much of an excuse ... spent the day watching football and dozing on the couch!

I'd say, "there's always tomorrow" ... but that just seems to cliche!

Goals:
  1. Workout.
  2. Eat 5-6 small meals every day.
  3. Eat "clean".
  4. Drink 6 bottles of water.
  5. Stop eating at least 3 hours before bedtime.
  6. Get enough sleep!!
  7. Take my vitamins.
