Too Busy Doing Other Things

Workout:
None.

Between getting ready for work: grocery shopping, cooking/prepping food for the weekend and my nap ... I didn't have time to get my workout done today (again).

Goals:
  1. Workout.
  2. Eat 5-6 small meals every day.
  3. Eat "clean".
  4. Drink 6 bottles of water.
  5. Stop eating at least 3 hours before bedtime.
  6. Get enough sleep!!
  7. Take my vitamins.
