Didn't get my workout done today.
Had a good, relaxing weekend ... but it didn't include a workout.
Goals:

Goals:
- Workout.
- Eat 5-6 small meals every day.
- Eat "clean".
- Drink 6 bottles of water.
- Stop eating at least 3 hours before bedtime.
- Get enough sleep!!
- Take my vitamins.
