Rest
I'm actually surprised at how much easier I am moving today. I was surprised that my upper body wasn't as sore as I expected it would be, with all the pulling up the cables. I'm a little stiff, and slow to move after I've been sitting for a while (like driving in the car), but otherwise, I'm moving a whole lot better!!

I'm a little stiff, and slow to move after I've been sitting for a while (like driving in the car), but otherwise, I'm moving a whole lot better!!
Goals:
- Rest
- Eat (a carb-filled) breakfast within 1 hour of waking.
- Eat 5-6 small meals every day.
- Drink 6 bottles of water.
- Stop eating at least 2 hours before bedtime.
- Take my vitamins.
