another work day

Workout:
None.

Almost got a chance to come home early tonight.

Would have been nice!

Again, I opted for sleep instead of working out.

Goals:
  1. Workout.
  2. Eat (a carb-filled) breakfast within 1 hour of waking.
  3. Eat 5-6 small meals every day.
  4. Drink 6 bottles of water.
  5. Stop eating at least 2 hours before bedtime.
  6. Take my vitamins.
