I got up a few minutes early ... but didn't get moving soon enough to workout.
I had planned to work some more on the challenge, but, I forgot about it!

Goals:
- Workout.
- Eat (a carb-filled) breakfast within 1 hour of waking.
- Eat 5-6 small meals every day.
- Drink 6 bottles of water.
- Stop eating at least 2 hours before bedtime.
- Take my vitamins.
