This was my compromise today. I thought about going for a run. Or, maybe doing Chest & Back. But, I felt I should let my muscles heal, and get back to the place that they're supposed to be.
So, I went for a walk around the neighborhood.

- Workout.
- Eat (a carb-filled) breakfast within 1 hour of waking.
- Eat 5-6 small meals every day.
- Drink 6 bottles of water.
- Stop eating at least 2 hours before bedtime.
- Take my vitamins.
