and some more sleep ...

Workout:
None.

Again, I woke up a little bit early ... but not enough for me to get moving in time to get a workout in.

Goals:
  1. Workout.
  2. Eat (a carb-filled) breakfast within 1 hour of waking.
  3. Eat 5-6 small meals every day.
  4. Drink 6 bottles of water.
  5. Stop eating at least 2 hours before bedtime.
  6. Take my vitamins.
