P90X - Day 9

Week 2, Day 2

Workout:
None.

Again ... I was a little too busy & tired today to workout. Ended up vegging-out & falling asleep early ... watching Christmas movies (Christmas With The Kranks & Home Alone).

Yeah ... talk about a wild & crazy Cinco de Mayo!!

Goals:
  1. Workout.
  2. Eat 5-6 small meals every day.
  3. Drink 6 bottles of water.
  4. Stop eating at least 2 hours before bedtime.
  5. Take my vitamins.
