Week 11, Day 5

Workout:
None.

Didn't work-out ... paid bills instead! Annoying, and boring, but a necessity of life.

Goals:
  1. Workout.
  2. Drink 6 bottles of water.
  3. Write down everything I eat.
  4. Eat 5-6 small meals every day.
