P90X - Day 74

Week 11, Day 4

Workout:
Walk/Run 1.84 miles
30 min.

Yeah! I got up in time!! I went for a quick walk/jog around my neighborhood. Almost 2 miles. It felt good to be out there, sunny, warm, running around the neighborhood!

Goals:
  1. Workout.
  2. Drink 6 bottles of water.
  3. Write down everything I eat.
  4. Eat 5-6 small meals every day.
