P90X - Day 72

Week 11, Day 2

Workout:
None.

I didn't get a workout in ... had errands to run, and preparation for my work-week ... and of course, the nap.

Goals:
  1. Workout.
  2. Drink 6 bottles of water.
  3. Write down everything I eat.
  4. Eat 5-6 small meals every day.
