Day 46 (cardio)

Workout:
None.

I was so busy preparing for Christmas & work that it came down to my nap or working out. On my first day of work ... the nap always wins out!!

Goals:

  1. Drink 6 bottles of water.
  2. Write down everything I eat.
  3. Eat 5-6 small meals every day.
