Day 43 (cardio)
Workout:
None.
Yet another day spent doing everything but exercising. Intellectually, I know what to do, and that I can and should do it. But, it's just that winter slump, perhaps.
At least my eating is mostly on track.
Goals:
- Workout.
- Drink 6 bottles of water.
- Write down everything I eat.
- Eat 5-6 small meals every day.
