Day 34 (cardio)

Workout:
None.

Prep for tailgating tomorrow.

It's the '9ers-Packers game. There's a group of us tailgating & going to the game together.

Goals:
  1. Workout.
  2. Drink 6 bottles of water.
  3. Write down everything I eat.
  4. Eat 5-6 small meals every day.
