Day 30 (cardio)

Workout:
None.

I had an appointment to meet with someone to purchase Christmas presents. It ended up taking longer than I planned. And, then, I didn't have time to work-out.

Goals:
  1. Workout.
  2. Drink 6 bottles of water.
  3. Write down everything I eat.
  4. Eat 5-6 small meals every day.
