Well, that was a bad loss to have to suffer through! I didn't expect that the '9ers would win, but, I had hoped for a good showing, at least!!
I didn't work-out today.
Tomorrow, I'm doing my walking!

Goals:
- Brisk walk around my neighborhood.
- Drink 6 bottles of water.
- Write down everything I eat.
- Eat 5-6 small meals every day.
