Day 6 (cardio)

Workout:
None.

And, again, just trying to get my body used to getting up a little earlier than usual. Tomorrow is an away game for the 49ers. I'll probably try to stay up and watch it to the half.

Goals:
  1. Drink 6 bottles of water.
  2. Write down everything I eat.
  3. Eat 5-6 small meals every day.
