Day 5 (cardio)

Workout:
None.

No work-out today. Too tired to get up very early ... pushed snooze for a little while. But, I did at least get up a little earlier than usual.


Goals:
  1. Wake-up at 3 pm.
  2. Drink 6 bottles of water.
  3. Write down everything I eat.
  4. Eat 5-6 small meals every day.
