Day 19 (cardio)

Workout:
None.

Yes, another sleepy drive home from work. I got lots of sleep today, however. I was out the second my head hit the pillow, and slept all day long!! I love it when that happens!!

Goals:

  1. Drink 6 bottles of water.
  2. Write down everything I eat.
  3. Eat 5-6 small meals every day.
