Day 16 (cardio)

Workout:
None.

As expected, I had a full day, without the exercise. I went to my WW meeting (pre-Thanksgiving/holiday season planning), and then got my hair done. Same cut as I've been getting now for a while.

Goals:
  1. Workout.
  2. Drink 6 bottles of water.
  3. Write down everything I eat.
  4. Eat 5-6 small meals every day.
