Day 13 (cardio)

Workout:
None.

I had a nice, relaxing weekend. Didn't get any exercise done, though I did do a lot of walking ... wasn't wearing my pedometer, so, I don't have actual steps, or anything like that!

Goals:
  1. Go to the game ... and not eat too badly.
  2. Drink 6 bottles of water.
  3. Write down everything I eat.
  4. Eat 5-6 small meals every day.
