Day 11 (cardio)

Workout:
None.

I got up at 3 today. I wasn't moving very fast, but, then that wasn't my goal. My goal was just to wake-up, and get out of bed!!

Goals:
  1. Wake up at 3 pm.
  2. Drink 6 bottles of water.
  3. Write down everything I eat.
  4. Eat 5-6 small meals every day.
