Day 10 (cardio)

Workout:
None.

Not sure what happened to my day, but, I didn't get any exercise in today!!

And, I'm back to work ... at least it's my short week!! I can do anything for 2 days!!

Goals:
  1. Wake up at 3 pm.
  2. Drink 6 bottles of water.
  3. Write down everything I eat.
  4. Eat 5-6 small meals every day.
