Week 12, Day 4

Workout:
None.

I was a little too tired to get up early to get my work-out in. Sleep was good!!

Goals:
  1. Work-out.
  2. Drink 6 bottles of water.
  3. Write down everything I eat.
  4. Eat 5-6 small meals every day.
