P90X - Day 71

Week 11, Day 1

Workout:
None.

I'm not exactly sure what happened to my day. But, it all slipped by, and I didn't get a work-out in. I can't even say, for sure, WHAT I did today!!

Better planning would be helpful, that's for sure!

Goals:
  1. Work-out.
  2. Drink 6 bottles of water.
  3. Write down everything I eat.
  4. Eat 5-6 small meals every day.
