Statistical Evidence

I started exercising regularly last week, but didn't get around to taking my before pictures or my measurements until this week. Yes, I know I should have done it sooner, but, I just didn't get around to it. I really was busy, however, I'm sure there was some "avoidance" going on, as well. Afterall, ignorance is bliss. If I don't have the pictures to look at, or the numbers blaring in my face, I can use my imagination ... which likes to make me look good!

A lot of the healthy habits, I've already established. Drinking plenty of water, and eating healthy foods, but my exercise regime has been sketchy, at best. I bought Tony Horton's Power90 DVD series and have started my 90 day routine. I am proud of myself for working out 5 days last week. Unfortunately I stuttered along at the beginning of this week, so, will only be able to work-out 5 days this week, as well. That is better than 1 or 2 days ... or no days ... so, I am happy with my improvements, just with that! My goal is to consistently do this 6 days a week.
